Daytrading stocks has become my second job lately.  No matter what time I come home from work the previous night, I have to set my alarm to wake me up by 6 AM to get ready for premarket trading, and to get an idea of how the day will go.  I guess that’s why I keep forgetting about this blog… too much stressing over how much of my money I have in certain stocks.  The next couple days could be huge or very devastating for me since I have nearly 25% of my portfolio in a company called: HEMISPHERX BIOPHARMA INC (HEB). They have a drug on standby for FDA approval within the next couple days, if approved I believe my portfolio value can triple…… if not approved I’ll probably lose all my money in that stock.   Guess I should continue to think postively and will update this with results later.

UGH! I woke up at 6:25 this morning just in time to see my poor stocks taking a beating. It hasn’t even been an hour since the market opened but I’m already in the hole $350 bucks for the day. I have a goal of turning $5000 of stocks into $50,0000 in 3 months… but with days like this it probably sounds madness to most people right?

Well tell that to this guy: http://www.stockmister.com   This guy is my inspiration right now. He’s a 25 years old amateur trader, and turned $50,000 into over $1,000,000 in just under the last 3 months by day trading stocks.  Even after reaching his goal of $1,000,000 last Friday, he donated much of his earnings to charities, and started over with $11,000 to help others reach their goals as well. If your interested in making money with stocks I highly recommend following his daily blog of what he buys, as he doesn’t have very many down days.
